How We Build

Build in Sequence.
Validate at Every Step.

LegacyGlobal follows a disciplined six-step operational validation process. Each step produces real evidence before the next begins. No shortcuts, no fabricated metrics.

Step 1Week 1-2

Launch the Business Unit

Form the operating company, prepare operations, then begin serving customers. For LegacyGlobal, this starts with delivery — the lowest barrier to entry — before expanding into home & community care after licensing requirements are satisfied.

Goal

Operating delivery company with formed business infrastructure

Business formation and registration
Operating package finalization
Infrastructure setup (platform, processes, compliance)
Merchant outreach begins
Step 2Week 3-4

Get Your First Merchant

The first goal is one merchant, not one hundred. Approach local businesses that regularly need delivery — restaurants, florists, pharmacies. Offer a simple pilot arrangement with clearly defined service expectations.

Goal

Signed merchant with service agreement in place

Approach local businesses needing delivery
Offer simple pilot arrangement
Create merchant profile and service agreement
Establish communication and contact records
Step 3Week 3-4

Complete Your First Delivery

When the first real order comes in, the operating system produces evidence automatically. A single delivery creates multiple legitimate business records: order record, dispatch record, delivery completion, customer confirmation, invoice, and payment record.

Goal

Completed delivery with full documentation trail

Receive and process first customer order
Dispatch coordinating and driver assignment
Delivery completion with customer confirmation
Invoice generation and payment recording
Step 4Month 2

Build Your Driver Network

At first, this might be just you — that is perfectly legitimate. Later, add independent contractors or employees as needed. Each addition creates real records: role assignments, agreements, training checklists, and performance reviews.

Goal

Documented driver network with clear agreements

Start with founder as first driver
Recruit independent contractors as demand grows
Execute formal agreements for each driver
Maintain training and performance records
Step 5Month 2

Measure What Actually Happens

After completing real work, measure only what you actually observed. Number of delivery requests, number completed, delays, customer feedback, revenue collected, expenses incurred. Do not invent targets or results.

Goal

Real performance data from actual operations

Track delivery requests and completion rates
Document delays and their root causes
Collect customer feedback — positive and negative
Record actual revenue and expenses
Step 6Month 3+

Improve the Process

Suppose deliveries are taking longer than expected. Instead of rewriting the system, document what happened, why it happened, what change you made, and whether the change improved results. This creates verified improvement records.

Goal

Documented improvements producing measurable results

Identify gaps or delays in current operations
Document root cause analysis
Implement targeted process changes
Measure whether the change improved outcomes

Why This Discipline Matters

Documented + Used = Validated

A process is not validated because it's documented. It becomes validated when it is used, produces consistent results, problems are identified and fixed, and the improved process performs better over repeated use.

The Evidence Library

Every real delivery creates records. Those records — merchant agreements, delivery logs, invoices, customer feedback, financial reports, improvement logs — become the evidence library that proves the operating system works.

Sequence Matters

The delivery business comes first because it has the lowest barrier to entry. Home & community care follows once licensing and operational requirements are satisfied. Each business unit follows the same six-step validation sequence.

The First Business Unit

Not everything launches at once. The sequence is deliberate.

First

LegacyGlobal Delivery

Active

Lower barrier to entry, produces operational evidence first

Second

LegacyGlobal Home & Community Care

Planned

Follows after licensing and operational requirements are satisfied
